The Tuscan-style villa in the heart of the Amiata
A small hamlet nestled in the greenery of Tuscany, among hills, woods and silence. The villa, the Pagliatella and the Yurt welcome our guests into authentic spaces, where every detail invites you to slow down, reconnect and experience the essential beauty of nature.
The Tuscan-style villa
The Villa consists of Campostefani, the Barn, the Paglietella, and the Yurt. There is also a spacious and well-equipped seminar room.
Renting the villa is ideal for holding seminars and retreats, as well as weddings and events. It is also possible to rent the villa privately, for family vacations or with friends!
THE BARN
The farmhouse dates back to the 1100s. Initially used as a dwelling for the builders of Montepinzutolo Castle, it later became the home of farmers who shared the space along with their animals. Inside are seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a sitting room with kitchenette, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms have terracotta floors, delightfully cool in summer, and almost all have private bathrooms and direct access to the gardens.
THE FIENILE-COTTAGE
Dating back to 700 AD, it was the first human settlement in the entire area, and was inhabited by a monk from St. Savior’s Abbey. Converted into a cottage with a private bathroom and breathtaking views from the bedroom balcony, it is a two-story detached living unit with a private kitchenette and sitting room.
La Pagliatella, our sustainable refuge
La Pagliatella is our small manifesto of sustainability: built of wood and straw according to the most advanced principles of green building, finished with natural materials, it is completely energy self-sufficient. Surrounded by olive groves, it houses two double rooms, each with a private bathroom, and a communal sitting room with open views of the valley.
The Pagliatella Gialla accommodates two single beds and a private bathroom with tub and shower, while the Pagliatella Rossa offers the same configuration, but with a different view and details that recall the warm colors of the Tuscan land.
Perfect for those seeking intimacy, comfort and a deep connection with their surroundings.
The Yurt, a nest in the trees
Tucked away in the woods, the Yurt is a circular, modern and surprisingly bright space. The central skylight lets the sky in, while the large windows open the view to the greenery around.
With its two single beds and one double bed, it is ideal for small groups, one-on-one sessions or simply for those seeking an intimate, out-of-time retreat.
The private bathroom with shower is located a few steps away from the facility, surrounded by nature.
It is the perfect place to listen to the silence, find the essentials and be enveloped in the slow rhythm of the forest.
