Our Products

Tuscany is truly the land of milk and honey: oil and wine have been produced here for over a 1000 years. Our extra virgin, organic olive oil is a smooth and fragrant blend of the prized local olivastra seggianese and other varieties. From our 1,3 hectare vineyard of Merlot and San Giovese grapes, tended to with lots of love and no chemicals, we produce a full-bodied, easy-drinking, organic red wine which we call Tiniatus: the Etruscan name for the god of the Amiata and a pure Merlot called Periodico.

Tiniatus (2016)

It feels fresh and fruity to the nose, warmer than 2016 and with
a scent of crunchy and ripe cherry, Mediterranean scrub and eucalyptus.
It feels full and vertical to the palate.

The volume is characterized by an important tannic vein which increases its persistence; the finish is sweet and enduring, with hints of violet, wild strawberry and walnut husk.

Periodico (2017)

It feels intense to the nose with notes of marasca cherry,
blackberry and raspberry. As it turns in the glass a decisive and increasingly spice turns up and white pepper is divided into a tomato stem. The delicate woody accents emphasize the spicy sensations and reminds of pipe tobacco.

It feels articulated to the palate, firstly developing in breadth
thanks to the very thick and soft tannins, following vertically with acid tension and flavors of hawthorn and field herbs, almost recalling northern latitudes. The long finish results in flavors of plum, juniper and Mediterranean scrub.
